Product Description
Designed by Piero Lissoni in 2015 for furniture manufacturing pioneers Cassina, the Scighera sofa perfectly blurs the line between sharp and soft edges and is introduced to us with a high base. This design includes a foldable backrest which allows for it to be used for either lounging or for a more formal environment.
Materials & Finishes
Seat frame with elastic straps. The seat cushions, backrest and armrests are in differentiated density polyurethane foam padded in feather. The removable upholstery is available in Pelle Scozia (Cat X) or Pelle Naturale leather (Cat. Z). Base in gloss aluminium or matt painted anthracite. Additional scatter cushions not included — please contact the showroom to order.

Most furniture and large items are delivered by our two-man Furniture Delivery service.
Items held in stock are typically delivered in 8-10 working days, if the delivery address is within the M25. Outside the M25, delivery may take up to 21 working days.
For items with production times, our logistics team will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery once we have received the items into our warehouse.

Place and pay for your order online and we’ll deliver it to our main showroom in Hatch End ready for your collection.
We’ll contact you when your order is available; for in stock items this is within 5 days of your order date, items not held in stock will be within 5 working days of arrival at our warehouse (see product page for indicative lead times).
Remember to bring your confirmation email with you as proof of purchase.

Piero Lissoni is an architect, art director & designer born in 1956, together with Nicoletta Canesi, Piero Lissoni opened the studio Lissoni Associati in 1986. He began collaborating as designer and Art Director with some of the best Italian and international furniture manufacturers.
The work of the studio embraces architecture, graphics and industrial design, with projects ranging from furniture, accessories, kitchens, bathroom and lighting fixtures to corporate identity, advertising, catalogues and packaging. Interior design projects include hotels, showrooms, trade stands, private houses, shops and yachts. The studio currently employs over 70 people, comprising architects, designers and graphic designers and creates solutions for well-established brands such as Cappellini, Cassina, Flos, Fritz Hansen, Glas Italia, Kartell, Knoll, Poltrona Frau and Thonet.
Cassina is an outstanding Italian furniture brand with a long history of fusing technological skill with traditional craftsmanship.
