About Ferruccio Laviani
Ferruccio Laviani is an Italian designer born in the 60’s, he graduated in architecture in 1986 from the polytechnic institute in Milan. He made his mark in the early 90’s when the Memphis movement integrated itself to international design.
Throughout his career he collaborated with many manufacturers and designers, such as Kartell & Foscarini. Famous for the Bourgie Table Lamp by Kartell, as he created it by combining classical design with contemporary materials attributing them with elegance and refinement.
