About Warren Platner
Warren Platner studied at the faculty of Architecture at Cornell University. His career involved working with famous designers such as Raymond Loewy, Eero Saarinen, and I.M.Pei (Ieoh Ming Pei). He committed himself in the conception of steel wire furniture, focusing also on the methods and tooling to produce his designs.
Famous among his residential and commercial projects are the Georg Jensen Design Centre and the Windows on the World restaurant, which featured in the World Trade Centre.
