So when the opportunity arose to help exclusively relaunch a former Pierre Paulin icon with one of our most prestigious brands, we weren’t going to say no. Its return today feels perfectly timed - striking a chord in an era that values thoughtful design more than ever.
We're teaming up with Gubi, 70 years after the release of this iconic, futuristic form, to help usher in its return to the UK. After decades in the permanent collection of MoMA in New York, the F300 will now be exclusively displayed at our North London showroom and made available via our online store.

The sculptor
Designed in the late ’60s by one of the founding fathers of futurism, the F300 captures Pierre Paulin’s early ambitions as a sculptor. Its naturally flowing curves, form-fitting seat and bold supporting pillars speak volumes. This marks the second Paulin creation Gubi has reimagined, following the runaway success of the Pacha chair earlier this decade.
Taking up the mantle
When Gubi set out to modernise the original F300, they approached the task with meticulous care, respecting the original manufacturing story while ensuring it met 21st-century standards of comfort, durability and craftsmanship.
With little physical documentation remaining on the original production methods, Gubi undertook a rigorous study of existing models and developed an updated plan that both honoured “the essence of Paulin’s design” and optimised the process for sustainability and efficiency.

The moodboard of tomorrow
The F300 is as much a statement as it is a chameleon. Its retro-chic silhouette makes it a conversation piece, while the soft, homely hues ensure it integrates effortlessly into your space. Much like the Pacha, it’s a design that blends historic character with contemporary Danish sensibilities, sculptural charm, and a quietly confident presence.
