Originally designed in 1928 by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand, this enduring icon of modernist design is reissued by Cassina in a limited edition to mark the 60th anniversary of the LC Collection. The 3 Fauteuil Grand Confort, Grand Modèle, Durable 60 features the familiar architectural frame in polished steel, paired with tone-on-tone Mohair Lirico velvet upholstery that enhances its graphic clarity and refined proportions. The independent cushions, a hallmark of the original design, emphasise the separation of structure and comfort—a core principle of rationalist thinking.
