We know that price is important. And while all of our designs follow the recommended retail prices (RRP) from our suppliers, we’re determined never to be bested.

It’s why we decided to introduce our Chaplins Price Promise. A guarantee to try and match the price of a branded product should you find it on sale at another authorised UK retailer. While the offer only applies to new designs (rather than clearance, outlets or ex-display) it’s our way of showing that we don’t just offer the best in service or style, but are committed to competitive pricing, too.

Should you wish to query a price, you can drop us a line via the form below. If a competitor's offer isn't immediately apparent online, we may ask you to supply us with a written quotation from the retailer — just to confirm the details.
