The Tabourets are so cleverly designed that they can deceive the eye. What looks like a simple wooden box is in-fact a meticulously thought through design. The openings on each face act as handles, allowing the boxes to be handled with ease and highly mobile. Designer Profile
Le Corbusier
You probably know Le Corbusier for his chairs. The squishy, oversized kind that are penned in by a tubular steel frame. As well as pioneering the idea of “structure as decoration” he also authored entire cities, including the Indian metropolis of Chandigarh. Today, his entire archives (known as the LC collection) are faithfully issued by Cassina: a titan of Made in Italy design that ensures the collections are made to the exacting standards for which Corbusier was renowned.
