Description
How do you make an indoor icon suitable for the outdoors? Well for starters, you have to consider the materials. Designed for durability, the Pacha Outdoor Collection features a specially developed membrane interlayer that is both water-resistant and breathable to ensure quick drying after exposure to rain. The statement base has been reconfigured, too. Hewn from moisture-resistant plywood to provide increased protection in humid conditions and fit with a full stainless swivel mechanism for the lounge chair and pouffe variants. Delivery & Returns
Delivery
SMALL FURNITURE DELIVERY
Our small furniture delivery service offers delivery right to your front door (if the destination is an apartment, flat or complex, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building).
Our preferred courier service will be used for most smaller orders and you can rest assured that your parcel will be trackable at every stage.
The typical delivery window is 3-5 working days from the time your items arrive at our warehouse (please note that many of our products have lead times associated with them which can be clearly seen on the product page).
All items purchased that are in stock will be sent out to you within 7 to 10 working days. All orders placed after 2pm (GMT) for in-stock items will be processed the next working day.
If you have ordered multiple items, we will send these out to you in one delivery as soon as they all arrive at the warehouse and they have been quality checked.
*Small furniture deliveries do not include assembly or unpacking. Please contact our online team if you require this service.

We know that price is important. And while all of our designs follow the recommended retail prices (RRP) from our suppliers, we’re determined never to be bested.
It’s why we decided to introduce our Chaplins Price Promise. A guarantee to try and match the price of a branded product should you find it on sale at another authorised UK retailer. While the offer only applies to new designs (rather than clearance, outlets or ex-display) it’s our way of showing that we don’t just offer the best in service or style, but are committed to competitive pricing, too.
