Spaces are created and connected by the Glide sliding doors: large custom-made wings characterised by a metal L-shaped profile painted in black, white or cuvée, that provides a frame to various transparent and non-transparent materials.Thanks to the upper rail, the Glide doors offer different solutions to choose from. They can also be combined with existing Porro systems like the Storage Boiserie collection.
Glide doors range from the clarity of transparent, smoke or reflex glass, enclosed by a graphic profile with the detail of the applied handle, to the warmth of wood, which allows to design large single-material walls with a built-in handle.
In addition to transparent, smoke and reflex glass and to wood, doors also come in the glossy and matt lacquered colours of the collection and in melamine finishes, that combine high resistance and refined textures to ensure perfect uniformity even to the widest and most articulated compositions. With Glide, Porro proposes a transformative and permeable home that follows the changes in lifestyles and relationships, combining taste and innovation.
