Price Promise
Our Price Promise
We know that price is important. And while all of our designs follow the recommended retail prices (RRP) from our suppliers, we’re determined never to be bested.
It’s why we decided to introduce our Chaplins Price Promise. A guarantee to try and match the price of a branded product should you find it on sale at another authorised UK retailer. While the offer only applies to new designs (rather than clearance, outlets or ex-display) it’s our way of showing that we don’t just offer the best in service or style, but are committed to competitive pricing, too.
Please click on the button below should you wish to query a price. If a competitor's offer isn't immediately apparent online, we may ask you to supply us with a written quotation from the retailer — just to confirm the details.
And remember, Chaplins newsletter subscribers get an exclusive first order discount when they sign up. All of the details of which you can find in the footer below.
Designer Profile
Verner Panton
We sit better on a colour we like. Or at least, so went the theory of Verner Panton. As one of the more rebellious Danish designers, he didn’t believe in layering pink with grey, or in the supremacy of bleached Nordic woods. In fact, he often encouraged colouring outside of the lines, altogether. The result was a collection of curvy, playful designs, ranging from delicate table lamps through to meandering Scandinavian sofas. Today, the majority of his archives are manufactured by Verpan, in collaboration with his relatives and estate.
