Showcasing 70s curves and a luxe gold base, the Pacha Lounge Chair is one of the great design stories of the last century. Originally designed in 1975, it was faithfully reissued by Gubi in 2018 — and has gone on to become a beloved favourite among interior designers and homeowners alike.
In 2020, the collection is expanding to include several never-before-seen designs. Taken straight from Pierre Paulin's sketchbook, the new Pacha Lounge Chair is every bit as ethereal as the designer intended. The addition of delicate armrests lends a puffy, cloud-like quality to the sculpted silhouette — offering new and improved possibilities for lounging and relaxing. Nostalgic in all the right ways, it promises 70s ooze style and then some for lovers of statement design.
