Product Description
Matic is a brand new chaise lounge from Knoll. Existing somewhere between a floating island and a work of architecture, it's visually light design language is offset by rich details, from the capitonne detailing to the plush Italian leather. Perfectly adapted to the needs of modern homes, it is a versatile platform on which to lounge and reconnect with those you love most. We recommend using in stylish nooks or as part of a larger lounge configurations.
Materials & Finishes
Structure: the front structure profile is aluminium with a glossy finish, charcoal painted colour or upholstered in fabric or leather. The upholstery must be ordered in the same fabric or leather as the sofa cushions.
Seat: the inner frame is in wood with elastic webbing, variable density polyurethane foam, layer in polyester wadding. Seat cushions upholstered in fabric or leather. Removable covers in fabric on the quilted version, non-removable covers on the T-seam version. Covers in leather are not removable.
Arms and backs: in moulded flexible polyurethane with metal structure, variable density polyurethane foam, layer in polyester wadding.
Removable covers in fabric, non-removable covers in leather.
Feet: the cast aluminium feet have a glossy finish or a charcoal painted colour.
Curved back: the Chaise Longue and the End Element have a special moving mechanism. Note: the upholstery of the structure has to be ordered in the same fabric or leather as the sofa.

Most furniture and large items are delivered by our two-man Furniture Delivery service.
Items held in stock are typically delivered in 8-10 working days, if the delivery address is within the M25. Outside the M25, delivery may take up to 21 working days.
For items with production times, our logistics team will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery once we have received the items into our warehouse.

Piero Lissoni is an architect, art director & designer born in 1956, together with Nicoletta Canesi, Piero Lissoni opened the studio Lissoni Associati in 1986. He began collaborating as designer and Art Director with some of the best Italian and international furniture manufacturers.
The work of the studio embraces architecture, graphics and industrial design, with projects ranging from furniture, accessories, kitchens, bathroom and lighting fixtures to corporate identity, advertising, catalogues and packaging. Interior design projects include hotels, showrooms, trade stands, private houses, shops and yachts. The studio currently employs over 70 people, comprising architects, designers and graphic designers and creates solutions for well-established brands such as Cappellini, Cassina, Flos, Fritz Hansen, Glas Italia, Kartell, Knoll, Poltrona Frau and Thonet.
