Description
This particular listing refers to the Saarinen Tulip Round dining table — a sweeping example of mid-century style that promises to infuse your dining room with a newfound sense of story and style. The Ø 91 cm Saarinen Tulip table can seat 3 people. The Ø 107 cm Saarinen Tulip table can seat 4-5 people. The Ø 120 cm Saarinen Tulip table can seat 5-6 people. The Ø 137 cm Saarinen Tulip table can seat 6 people. The Ø 152 cm Saarinen Tulip table can seat 8 people. For larger versions we recommend a look at the Saarinen Tulip Oval table, here. It can customised in a stellar selection of sophisticated finishes, ranging from bevel-edged satin smooth laminate, through to marble or veneer. Authenticity is ensured by a nameplate with the KnollStudio logo and the signature of Eero Saarinen, located on the underside of the top or on the top support plate (depending on the model chosen). A truly dramatic dining style, we recommend pairing with the matching Saarinen Tulip Chairs or a selection of classic wooden dining chairs for a beautiful contrasting effect. Chaplins White Glove Standard shipping service includes the following:
- Delivery up to and including 3rd floor of your building/home
- Two-man team to bring your piece to a room of your choice
- Full packaging removal
- Installation up to 30 minutes
While Chaplins has an in-house delivery team, we do employ third-party white glove services for certain deliveries, particularly those with special requirements. Please be aware that if your delivery requirements exceed our standard service, surcharges may apply.
Our online sales department will contact you prior to delivery to discuss your requirements, including access checks and placement. If your order cannot be delivered due to restricted access, you may request delivery to an alternative address within 2 months - please note that this will incur costs for storage and redelivery.
The pricing for Medium & Large Furniture delivery is dependent on the destinee's post-code. An estimate will be given at checkout. For international deliveries, please note that we can only provide a shipping quote for orders over £3,000.

Designer Profile
Eero Saarinen
Eero Saarinen was a mid-century designer who would go on to author some of the most recognisable designs of all time. He did his best work at Knoll, bringing forth icons such as the Saarinen Tulip collection and the Womb Lounge Chair. Though his oeuvre resists easy pigeon-holing, he could often be found experimenting with modern materials, conjuring up avant-garde silhouettes for everyday problems.
