About Verner Panton
Vener Panton studied at the faculty of Architecture at the Royal Art Academy in Copenhagen. He was made famous for conceiving a cardboard house and creating the Panton Chair for Vitra.
His work is considered incredibly fun, colourful and modern and is still influencing designers and architects today. Hugely Popular, Vener Panton gave to his designs particularities making his creations original and outstanding. He described his intentions as, "the main purpose of my work is to stimulate the people to use their own power of imagination."
His visionary concepts are the basis for the space-age style of the early 70s.


About Verpan
Verpan is, much like Verner Panton, a product of the Danish design tradition, which has put Denmark on the world map for functional, modern and unique design.
In 2003 the production of lighting was initiated and in 2010 a furniture range was added. A continuous process of picking and choosing products from the vast treasure chest of Pantons work, will bring many more items to life again.
All of the Verpan products stand out as some of the most elegant and memorable of Verner Panton’s designs. Products that create life, sound, movement, colour and light - design that bring value into the visual world around us.
